Key responsibilities
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes, with a focus on sushi preparation techniques.
- Train staff in food preparation, cooking, and handling.
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
- Manage kitchen operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation certificate.
- 2 to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant kitchen.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends in a fast‑paced environment.
