About the role
The Controller will oversee the company's financial records and ensure that all accounting processes are accurate, compliant, and efficiently managed. This position reports to senior finance leadership and acts as a key liaison with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain compliance with government agencies and regulatory requirements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors.
- Manage internal books, financial statements, and general ledger entries.
- Analyze financial transactions to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or 5‑7 years of relevant experience.
- Strong written, verbal, and collaboration skills.
- CPA designation preferred.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- In‑depth knowledge of GAAP accounting principles.
