Controller – Accounting Leadership

About the role

The Controller will lead Alimentiv’s accounting function, reporting directly to the CFO. This senior position ensures accurate, timely financial reporting and robust accounting operations across a complex, multi‑entity global structure.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee month‑end and year‑end close, including consolidations, journal entries, reconciliations and preparation of financial statements in accordance with GAAP or IFRS.
• Review and sign‑off on all accounting data, resolve discrepancies, and ensure reports meet the needs of senior leadership and external stakeholders.
• Lead the preparation of audit, regulatory and governance schedules, and maintain strict accounting policies and internal controls.
• Serve as functional owner of the ERP platform, handling system administration, configuration and continuous improvement.
• Manage tax compliance, audit coordination, and end‑to‑end processes for payables, receivables and procurement.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in full‑cycle accounting and financial reporting within a multi‑entity, global organization.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and IFRS standards.
• Proven ability to lead accounting teams and enforce internal controls.
• Experience acting as ERP system owner or lead administrator.
