Content Production Manager

About the role

As a Content Production Manager at H&M, you will plan, adapt, and deliver marketing and in‑store communication assets across multiple channels. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will work on‑site in our Toronto Support Office, ensuring that store teams receive high‑quality, on‑brand materials.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and oversee adaptation and delivery of globally initiated campaigns across media and in‑store channels.
• Coordinate local tactical activations, managing asset production and adaptation based on the local marketing plan.
• Stay aligned with daily store plans to anticipate asset needs for paid media and store communications.
• Collaborate with Media Leads, agencies, production partners, and vendors to brief, track, and approve assets.
• Serve as the main point of contact for media agencies regarding formats, assets, and campaign materials.
• Coordinate production of store materials with Store Visual teams, brief POS plans, and manage digital‑screen content needs.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Media, Production Management or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in marketing, content production, or media (agency or client side).
• Experience in fashion retail or a similar fast‑moving consumer environment.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of paid media formats (TV, OOH, OLV, Display, Social, Print, etc.).
• Knowledge of retail store communication formats and production processes.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
