Content Producer & Media Lead

About the role

The Content Producer & Media Lead will serve as the operational backbone of Carey’s content engine and public‑facing media ecosystem. Working at the intersection of production, distribution, audience development, and institutional growth, this role transforms theological insight, faculty scholarship, and strategic storytelling into high‑quality digital media.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement repeatable media workflows that support faculty‑driven content creation.
• Produce, edit, and publish digital assets across podcast, video, blog, email, social, and web channels.
• Coordinate with faculty and leadership to translate scholarly material into audience‑friendly formats.
• Manage multi‑platform distribution strategies to grow and retain Carey’s audience.
• Ensure consistency of institutional voice, theological positioning, and brand across all media outputs.
• Monitor performance metrics and adjust content strategies to enhance recruitment, engagement, and visibility.
