Contact Center Representative II – Auto Finance (Bilingual)

About the role

TD Bank is looking for a bilingual Contact Center Representative II to join its Auto Finance Customer Service team. The role starts on September 8, 2026 and begins with a five‑week hybrid training program. After training you will work primarily from a secure home office, visiting the Toronto office twice a month for team events.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing accurate advice on TD products, services, and solutions.
• Resolve customer inquiries at the first point of contact with empathy and professionalism.
• Achieve performance targets, including customer experience surveys, quality and compliance goals, and productivity metrics.
• Participate in ongoing training and coaching to continuously improve skills.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑focused attitude and ability to communicate clearly in English; French is an asset.
• Availability to work 8 am‑9 pm Monday‑Friday and 9 am‑8 pm Saturday; Sundays off.
• Willingness to work a hybrid model (remote with twice‑monthly office visits).
• Start date of September 8, 2026 and commitment to a five‑week training period.
