Customer Relations Agent – Full‑time

About the role

The Customer Relations Agent ensures client inquiries and requests are handled promptly and in line with company policy. Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, the role is full-time, based in Toronto, and works the 12 p.m.–8 p.m. shift.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls on the customer service queue and make outbound calls when necessary.
• Handle 50‑65 calls per day, addressing inquiries received by fax, mail, email or online account.
• Identify, solve and confirm client requests, processing certain changes during interactions.
• Follow up with clients to confirm resolution and satisfaction.
• Provide assistance to residential administration departments and promote online services.
• Protect client privacy at all times and complete special projects assigned by the manager.

Required profile

• Post‑secondary education or equivalent work experience (preferred).
• Mortgage experience is an asset.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with an excellent telephone manner.
• Demonstrated flexibility in a constantly changing environment.
• Ability to resolve problems, strong attention to detail and critical thinking.
• Team‑player who is responsible, reliable and adaptable.
