Consultant – Business & Technology Advisory

About the role

Cognizant Consulting is seeking a full‑time Consultant to join its COIN (Consultant Incubator) program in Canada. You will work on client‑facing projects, helping businesses diagnose challenges, design solutions, and deliver strategic recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop industry and technology knowledge to inform client engagements.
• Analyze market trends, client issues, and draw actionable conclusions.
• Facilitate working sessions and collaborate with client stakeholders.
• Use Cognizant accelerators and methodologies to design and present technology‑enabled solutions.
• Research industry initiatives, contribute to whitepapers, and develop client deliverables.
• Support business development by gathering best practices for RFI/RFP responses and assisting with proposal writing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business (Finance, Economics, Operations Management), Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering.
• Strong ability to understand business needs and assess impacts on complex operations and systems.
• Creative and analytical problem‑solving mindset.
