About the role

Cognizant Consulting is seeking a full‑time Consultant to join its COIN (Consultant Incubator) program in Canada. You will work on project‑based teams, helping Fortune‑500 clients diagnose business and technology challenges and deliver innovative solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze client issues, interview stakeholders, and develop actionable recommendations.
• Facilitate requirements‑analysis sessions and create client‑focused presentations.
• Support go‑to‑market initiatives and contribute to research, whitepapers, and collateral.
• Assist business development by gathering best practices for RFI/RFP responses and drafting proposals.
• Collaborate with internal accelerators and methodologies to implement strategic and technology solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to assess complex business operations.
• Creative problem‑solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in teams.
• Interest in developing domain expertise across industry and technology trends.
