Construction Superintendent

About the role

The Construction Superintendent (OnsCon) leads a team of construction personnel, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget. You will apply deep knowledge of construction execution, workforce management, and safety standards to drive on‑site productivity and resolve operational challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and direct construction activities across single‑ or multi‑discipline projects.
• Ensure work complies with design specifications, quality standards, and OSHA safety regulations.
• Collaborate with project management to meet timelines and budget targets.
• Supervise MDR craft personnel, lower‑tier supervisors, and subcontractors, providing training and safety guidance.
• Monitor work hours, cost codes, and prepare weekly progress reports with project controls.
• Manage permits, site access, and coordinate with CB&I and other partners.
• Review subcontracts and purchase orders for scope completeness and compliance.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of project execution strategies, construction principles, and workforce management.
• Ability to apply industry insights to improve productivity and safety.
• Proven leadership skills with a focus on safety, quality, and budget adherence.
• Experience identifying and solving technical, operational, and organisational issues on construction sites.
