Construction Superintendent

About the role

The Construction Superintendent will lead construction activities, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with quality, schedule, and operational goals. Acting as the primary construction representative within the Owner’s Representative team, this role oversees contractor performance, site logistics, and health & safety throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing, maintaining, and updating project schedules across all phases, from planning to handover.
• Support progress tracking, programme updates, and monitoring of milestone achievement against approved baselines.
• Review contractor schedules and identify critical path activities and potential risks.
• Coordinate closely with Project Managers, Design Teams, Construction Teams, Commercial Teams, and contractor planners.
• Participate in planning meetings, programme reviews, and project coordination workshops.
• Prepare weekly and monthly schedule reports, maintain programme records, and support the creation of look‑ahead schedules and milestone reports.
• Produce project presentations, planning dashboards, and ensure accurate documentation in line with project standards.

Required profile

• Experience assisting with schedule development and maintenance across multiple project disciplines.
• Ability to support progress tracking and milestone monitoring.
• Strong coordination skills with various project stakeholders.
• Proficiency in preparing and maintaining planning documentation and reports.
