About the role

Zgemi Inc. is seeking an experienced Construction Site Supervisor to lead ground‑up ICI projects across the Greater Toronto Area. The role involves overseeing all on‑site activities, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery while coordinating with contractors, designers, and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all on‑site construction activities, including contractors, subcontractors, and labourers.
• Oversee ground‑up ICI construction projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Monitor progress, identify delays, and implement corrective actions to maintain timelines.
• Enforce quality control standards and conduct regular inspections of workmanship and materials.
• Maintain accurate site documentation such as daily logs, reports, and safety records.
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and workforce for efficient operations.
• Conduct site safety meetings, address hazards proactively, and ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and stakeholders.

Required profile

• 7+ years of construction experience, primarily in ground‑up ICI projects.
• Proven track record as a Site Supervisor or Superintendent.
• Diploma in engineering, architecture, or construction management.
• Valid Ontario driver’s licence and reliable transportation.
