About the role
As a Construction Scheduler in Kiew’s Western Canada District, you will develop and maintain detailed project schedules that guide heavy‑civil transportation projects from estimating through completion. Based in Burnaby, you will work closely with project managers, contractors and subcontractors to keep projects on track and aligned with client expectations.
Key responsibilities
- Create and update realistic construction schedules using Primavera P6, Tilos and InEight.
- Analyze resource allocation, major milestones, critical approvals and procurement timelines.
- Identify scheduling conflicts, bottlenecks and potential delays, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Communicate schedule updates and adjustments to all project stakeholders.
- Monitor progress on‑site and report status to senior management.
Required profile
- Entry‑level or recent graduate with a degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
- Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Canada and potentially obtain U.S. work authorization.
