Construction Project Coordinator

About the role

Alberta Glass Company Inc. is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to oversee subcontractor activities, manage budgets, and ensure project milestones are met for industrial, commercial, and institutional projects.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities of subcontractors and evaluate site operations.
• Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates and monitor financial performance.
• Develop and maintain construction schedules, milestones, and progress reports.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and drawings.
• Operate AutoCAD and other construction software to support design and planning.
• Implement quality‑control programs and oversee data analysis.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in construction project coordination or a related field.
• Trade certificate, diploma, or equivalent in construction engineering technology, glazier, or related discipline.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel as needed.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to meet tight deadlines, and excellent communication skills.
