Construction Project Coordinator

About the role

The Construction Project Coordinator will support the planning and execution of construction projects on‑site, ensuring that daily operations run smoothly and that subcontractors are effectively managed. This position offers hands‑on experience in budgeting, scheduling, and quality control within a dynamic construction environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate activities of subcontractors and evaluate daily operations.
• Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates.
• Hire, supervise, and monitor subcontractor performance.
• Develop and maintain construction schedules, milestones, and progress reports.
• Establish and implement quality‑control policies and procedures.
• Operate CADD and other relevant software to read blueprints, schemas, and drawings.
• Develop risk‑management plans and quality‑control programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• 1 to less than 2 years of experience in construction project coordination or a related field.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work on‑site full time with no remote option.
