Construction Labourer – Onsite Work

About the role

We are seeking a reliable Construction Labourer to join our on‑site team. This role involves hands‑on work in a dynamic outdoor environment, supporting various construction activities from material handling to site clean‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Load, unload and transport construction materials across the site.
• Mix, pour and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt.
• Assist in framing houses, erecting walls and building roofs.
• Remove rubble and other debris to maintain a safe work area.
• Tend or feed machines and equipment used in construction.

Required profile

• No formal degree, certificate or diploma required.
• Previous experience is an asset but not mandatory.
• Ability to work outdoors, including at heights.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual labour.

Required skills

• Operating construction equipment.
• Mixing and handling concrete or asphalt.
