Construction Labourer & Helper

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Construction Labourer & Helper to join our on‑site team. The role involves supporting skilled tradespeople in various building tasks while ensuring the site remains safe and organized. Candidates should be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions and communicate effectively in English or French.

Key responsibilities

• Load, unload and transport construction materials to designated areas.
• Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs.
• Support demolition activities and handle salvaged materials responsibly.
• Perform routine site maintenance and clean up debris, rubble, and waste.
• Direct traffic around the construction zone to ensure safety.

Required profile

• Secondary school graduation or equivalent experience.
• 1 to less than 2 years of experience in construction or a related field.
• Ability to work on‑site full time with no remote option.
• Fluent in English or French.
