Construction Labourer – Full‑Time Permanent

About the role

Join A‑ONE CONSTRUCTION LTD. as a Construction Labourer working on a variety of site projects in Edmonton. This full‑time permanent position offers hands‑on experience in material handling, concrete work, and site preparation.

Key responsibilities

• Load, unload and transport construction materials across the site.
• Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring and barricades.
• Mix, pour and spread concrete and asphalt.
• Level earth to fine‑grade specifications and pave or rake asphalt.
• Clean and pile salvaged materials, handle chemical spill cleanup, and remove rubble and debris.

Required profile

• High school level education or equivalent; no formal degree required.
• Physical ability to perform manual labour in various weather conditions.
• Willingness to learn on the job; prior experience is an asset but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Concrete mixing and placement.
• Scaffolding erection and dismantling.
• Asphalt paving and raking.
• Earth grading to fine‑grade specifications.
• Material handling and site cleanup.
