Configuration Management Specialist

About the role

The Configuration Management Specialist will join ACCIONA's Trillium Rail Partners Systems team on the Eglinton Crosstown West Extension project in Ontario. Working closely with engineering disciplines and other project members, the role focuses on delivering configuration and asset management deliverables that meet the project agreement.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with systems engineers, other engineering disciplines, and project stakeholders to define configuration requirements.
• Develop and maintain configuration and asset management documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Apply configuration management processes to ensure consistency of system and subsystem performance, physical and functional attributes.
• Track, control, and verify changes to prevent configuration drift and mitigate safety or operational impacts.
• Support the delivery of configuration deliverables in alignment with project schedules and quality standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in configuration management within large‑scale infrastructure or engineering projects.
• Strong understanding of asset management principles and lifecycle management.
• Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and communicate technical information effectively.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data integrity across system configurations.
