Community & Social Media Manager

About the role

Butterly is seeking a passionate Community & Social Media Manager to nurture and grow one of Canada’s most engaged consumer communities. You will be the voice of the community, create authentic content, and help brands connect with real people through genuine product experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Engage daily with Butterly Advocates, answer questions, solve problems, and celebrate community wins.
• Own and manage Butterly’s social channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.), creating reels, stories, videos, graphics and posts that drive interaction.
• Produce authentic product and community stories, turning advocate content into social‑ready assets.
• Support campaign launches, encourage participation, monitor engagement, and ensure smooth execution from start to finish.
• Develop creative ideas to attract new Advocates, gather feedback, and continuously improve community experience.

Required profile

• Enjoys spending time on Instagram and TikTok and loves talking to people.
• Can differentiate between generic content and content that truly resonates.
• Highly organized, able to juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball.
• Writes in an engaging, conversational, and authentic tone.
• Curious, proactive, and willing to roll up sleeves wherever needed.
