Community Growth Specialist

About the role

The Community Growth Specialist will be the connective force between a leading SaaS platform and the promotional products ecosystem. Working remotely, you will build and nurture authentic relationships with distributor prospects across digital and offline communities, positioning the brand as a trusted resource before formal sales conversations begin.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long‑term, trust‑based relationships with distributor prospects in the promotional products industry.
• Engage consistently in online forums, social platforms, industry events, and professional networks to represent the brand authentically.
• Use CRM tools such as HubSpot to track outreach, follow‑ups, and pipeline activity.
• Share relevant content, insights, and resources that add value at each stage of the prospect’s journey.
• Identify buying signals and hand qualified, warm relationships to the Account Executive team.
• Capture community feedback to inform broader marketing and content strategies.
• Support event participation and maintain active social listening for engagement opportunities.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in the promotional products industry, SaaS, sales, marketing, or a community‑facing role.
• Strong understanding of relationship‑driven sales or community engagement approaches.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a warm, authentic style.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote‑first environment with high ownership.
