CNC/CMM Programmer – Coordinate Measuring Machine

About the role

We are seeking an experienced CNC/CMM Programmer to develop and maintain computer applications for coordinate measuring machines, ensuring high‑quality measurement processes.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct work measurements and related studies.
• Develop computer applications for CNC/CMM machines and processes.
• Collect and analyze measurement data and samples.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Develop quality assurance programs and support work planning, estimating, measuring and scheduling.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in CNC/CMM programming.
• Basic security clearance and pass a criminal record check.
• Own vehicle; travel expenses not covered.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to sit, stand and walk as required.
• Demonstrated client focus, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, initiative, organization, teamwork and strong ethics.
