Clinic Nurse (RPN) – 1‑Year Maternity Leave Contract

About the role

This is a replacement, 1‑year maternity‑leave contract for a Clinic Nurse (Registered Practical Nurse) at our Cambridge Clinic. You will schedule appointments and provide in‑home care for patients of all ages, helping them stay comfortable at home.

Key responsibilities

• Use appropriate assessment tools and techniques to evaluate each patient’s individualized needs.
• Develop, execute, and continuously monitor personalized care plans.
• Engage patients through a collaborative approach, building rapport and trust.
• Maintain and update professional patient records related to each encounter and care plan.
• Provide on‑call coverage, including after‑hours, to ensure patient safety.

Required profile

• Current registration with the CNO as a Registered Practical Nurse in good standing.
• Valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle.
• Reliability, flexibility, and willingness to travel within a designated area.
• Passion for community care; experience in delivering community care is an asset.
• Ability to provide on‑call coverage after hours.
