Senior Consultant – Strategy (Healthcare)

About the role

As a Senior Strategy Consultant you will partner with senior leaders to drive innovation, shape strategic initiatives and improve performance across a healthcare organization. From day one you will use analytical, facilitation and leadership skills to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Develop strategic recommendations and frameworks using tools such as SWOT analysis, environmental scans, literature reviews, focus groups and data analysis.
• Craft compelling narratives, proposals and presentations for diverse audiences, including senior executives and board members.
• Plan and lead workshops, group facilitation sessions and Lean Kaizen events to generate ideas and implement process‑improvement projects.
• Provide project‑ and change‑management expertise to plan, coordinate and execute organization‑wide strategic initiatives from initiation to closeout.
• Collaborate with frontline staff and leadership to identify, develop and monitor improvement initiatives aligned with the organization’s strategic plan and Wildly Important Goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with a healthcare provider or consulting firm.
• Proven ability to work with all organizational levels, from frontline staff to board members.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal, facilitation and communication skills.
