Clinic Nurse (RN) – 1-Year Maternity Leave Replacement

About the role

This is a 1‑year maternity‑leave replacement for a Clinic Nurse (RN) at our Cambridge clinic. You will provide scheduled, in‑home care to patients of all ages, helping them stay comfortable at home while supporting their complex health needs.

Key responsibilities

• Use appropriate assessment tools and techniques to evaluate each patient’s individualized needs.
• Develop, execute, and continuously monitor personalized care plans.
• Engage patients through a collaborative approach, building rapport and trust.
• Maintain and update professional patient records for every encounter and care plan.
• Provide on‑call coverage, including after‑hours, to ensure patient safety.

Required profile

• Current registration with the CNO as a Registered Nurse in good standing.
• Valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle.
• Reliability, flexibility, and willingness to travel within a designated area.
• Passion for making a difference in the community.
• Experience delivering community care is an asset.
