About the role
The Evergreen Family Health Centre in Nepean is seeking a dedicated Family Physician to join its private practice team. You will provide comprehensive primary care to individuals and families, promoting health and preventing disease.
Key responsibilities
- Collect medical histories from patients, families, and other health professionals.
- Examine patients to diagnose illnesses and injuries.
- Order and interpret laboratory tests, X‑rays and other diagnostics.
- Prescribe medications, administer vaccinations and provide treatment plans.
- Collaborate with other practitioners to assess physical and mental health.
- Offer counseling on lifestyle, health habits and disease prevention.
Required profile
- Degree in medicine with College of Family Physicians Certification (CCFP).
- Strong client focus and interpersonal awareness.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Organized, flexible and a proven team player.
