Certified Personal Trainer

About the role

LiveWell Family Health Centre is seeking a Certified Personal Trainer to join its multidisciplinary wellness team. You will work in a private, state‑of‑the‑art gym, delivering one‑on‑one fitness assessments and customized training programs for clients of all ages.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct 1‑4 Meet & Greet fitness assessments each week for existing centre clients.
• Introduce clients to basic training concepts, equipment use, and areas for improvement.
• Develop and manage your own client base while collaborating with chiropractors, physiotherapists, and massage therapists for referrals.
• Promote your services independently and maintain a steady flow of new clients.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming gym environment.

Required profile

• Certified Personal Trainer with at least 2 years of experience.
• Passionate about health, fitness, and a holistic wellness lifestyle.
• Willingness to work alongside other health professionals to maximise client outcomes.
• Active, healthy, and able to model the lifestyle you promote.

Required skills

• High‑intensity training methods (e.g., Body by Science, Super Slo, Arthur Jones).
• Knowledge of macronutrients and their impact on training.
• Nutrition fundamentals.
• Familiarity with chiropractic concepts.
