About the role
Pshemo Construction Ltd. is seeking an experienced Carpenter Supervisor to lead on‑site carpentry teams in Calgary. You will ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards while coordinating with other trades and project managers.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise carpentry workers and oversee daily project activities.
- Coordinate and schedule tasks to meet project timelines.
- Set up and maintain equipment required for carpentry work.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Requisition, order, and manage materials, equipment, and supplies.
Required profile
- 2 to less than 3 years of relevant supervisory experience.
- Client‑focused mindset with strong organizational abilities.
- Reliable, dependable, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
