Career Transition Consultant (Outplacement Services)

About the role

We are looking for seasoned career transition professionals to help employees navigate organizational change at all leadership levels. The consultant will deliver personalized outplacement services to executives, managers, directors, and individual contributors, ensuring smooth career moves during restructuring or workforce reductions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver tailored career transition programs for executive leadership, people leaders, and individual contributors.
• Support clients through organizational restructuring, workforce reductions, and large‑scale change initiatives.
• Facilitate coaching sessions, workshops, and stakeholder engagements to prepare employees for new career opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal HR teams to align transition services with company change strategies.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of experience providing career transition or outplacement services.
• Proven success supporting executives, managers, and individual contributors through career changes.
• Experience with organizational restructuring, workforce reductions, or large‑scale change projects.
• Strong coaching, facilitation, communication, and stakeholder‑engagement abilities.
• Professional certification in coaching, career development, counselling, HR, or a related field is an asset.
