About the role

The Campus Recruiter partners with business leaders to design and execute talent acquisition strategies that align with the organization’s objectives. This role focuses on sourcing, recruiting, and change management initiatives to attract top university talent and support broader hiring needs across BMO.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on talent acquisition, including sourcing and recruiting strategies, to business groups and leadership.
• Develop and implement change management plans, conduct readiness assessments, and monitor initiative outcomes.
• Design innovative sourcing solutions and conduct industry analysis to identify recruiting opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to tailor talent acquisition solutions and ensure alignment.
• Lead coaching and capability-building sessions on modern recruitment techniques for hiring managers and vendors.
• Produce regular and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and data-driven insights to support decision-making.
• Identify emerging trends and risks, applying the bank’s Risk Management Framework in all activities.

Required profile

• 4-6 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or related HR functions.
• Post-secondary degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
