About the role

JSK Electrical Services Inc. is seeking a skilled Cable Installer to work on electrical power distribution and transmission projects in the Brampton area. The role involves hands‑on installation, splicing, and maintenance of high‑voltage cables in a physically demanding environment.

Key responsibilities

Install electrical distribution and transmission systems.
Splice, solder and insulate conductors to connect power networks.
Climb ladders or operate hydraulic buckets to work aloft on poles, towers, or in confined spaces such as trenches and tunnels.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.

Required profile

Secondary school graduation (high school diploma).
3 to 5 years of experience installing power cables and related equipment.
Ability to work in physically demanding conditions, including handling heavy loads and working at heights.

Required skills

Electrical distribution installation.
Transmission system installation.
Conductor splicing, soldering and insulation.
Operation of hydraulic buckets and ladder work.
