About the role

We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join our team at Elite Royal International Career College in Scarborough. The role is hybrid, combining on‑site collaboration with remote work, and focuses on designing and implementing information system solutions that meet business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Confer with clients to identify and document technical requirements.
• Prepare cost‑benefit and ROI analyses to support system implementation.
• Design, develop and implement business information system solutions.
• Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management and service delivery.
• Conduct quality‑assurance reviews of software products and information systems.
• Execute and document results of software, application, and telecommunications tests, including usability testing.
• Resolve conflict situations and ensure solutions meet business requirements.

Required profile

• 5 + years of experience in business systems analysis or related IT service delivery.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset and proactive attitude.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Team player with flexibility and innovation.
• Willingness to undergo a criminal record check.
