About the role
We are looking for a driven Business Sales Manager to expand our client base in the staffing industry. You will be responsible for prospecting, building relationships, and closing new business opportunities across various sectors.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute a targeted sales plan for medium to large accounts.
- Conduct prospecting activities including cold calls, telemarketing, and territory planning.
- Prepare customized presentations and formal sales pitches to secure new contracts.
- Collaborate with Regional Managers and service teams to align sales commitments with delivery capabilities.
- Create competitive quotes and bids that meet financial objectives.
- Maintain CRM records, track opportunities, and ensure weekly pipeline updates.
- Stay informed on market competition and internal service offerings.
Required profile
- 4‑year degree or equivalent business experience.
- 2‑4 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in staffing.
- Proven ability to work in a quota‑driven environment with high urgency.
- Strong communication, presentation, and self‑management skills.
