Business Process Lead Consultant

About the role

This high‑impact position is based in Canada and focuses on shaping and optimizing large‑scale, end‑to‑end business processes within a complex enterprise environment. You will act as a trusted advisor between business stakeholders and technical teams, driving efficiency, profitability, and service quality.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support design, analysis, and optimization of enterprise‑wide business processes.
• Conduct current‑state assessments, identify inefficiencies, and propose improvement opportunities.
• Serve as liaison among business units, IT, vendors, and senior leadership to align requirements and solutions.
• Support technology and process change implementations, including testing, deployment, and post‑implementation validation.
• Contribute to strategic planning with benchmarking, forecasting, and data‑driven recommendations.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure timely delivery of initiatives.
• Develop and present insights and recommendations to senior executives.

Required profile

• Strategic and analytical professional with strong consulting capabilities.
• Proven experience in business process management, operations consulting, or similar transformation roles.
• Deep understanding of end‑to‑end process design, optimization, and enterprise operating models.
• Experience working with cross‑functional stakeholders, including business, IT, vendors, and senior leadership.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and drive actionable improvements.
