Business Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Business Manager to lead the Imaging Solutions business unit for interchangeable lens cameras and accessories. You will drive day‑to‑day business performance, manage key channel partners, and champion growth initiatives across Canada.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the PDCA cycle with senior leadership to meet monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
• Collaborate with the Imaging Solutions Business Planner on product inbound, shipments, allocations and monthly sales tracking.
• Collect and analyse long‑term sales and market data to set fiscal business targets.
• Prepare and present business reviews and planning updates to Japan HQ.
• Provide internal operational support across departments to ensure business continuity.
• Maintain regular communication with Account Managers and channel partners on sales progress, forecasts and market trends.
• Handle product inquiries, marketing assets, delivery updates, market development funds and other partner requests.
• Update marketing materials and sales tools for the Imaging Solutions category.
• Plan, coordinate and execute sales promotions to boost revenue.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business management or a similar role.
• Proven experience developing business strategy and managing financial/budgetary processes.
• Strong leadership with a focus on analytics, process improvement and sustainable business practices.
• Experience in forecasting, inventory management and supply‑chain coordination.
