Business Development Specialist – Remote, Commission-Based

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Specialist to join our growing team on a contract basis. This remote position offers flexibility and the chance to drive revenue by identifying new opportunities, building relationships, and generating qualified leads.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential clients through LinkedIn, email outreach, networking, and referrals.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings with decision‑makers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients and partners.
• Present company services and communicate value propositions effectively.
• Follow up with prospects and nurture leads through the sales pipeline.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and opportunities in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with marketing and management teams to support business‑growth initiatives.
• Meet or exceed monthly lead generation and sales targets.

Required profile

• Previous experience in business development, sales, lead generation, or account management.
