About the role
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Specialist to join our growing team on a contract basis. This remote position offers flexibility and the chance to drive revenue by identifying new opportunities, building relationships, and generating qualified leads.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential clients through LinkedIn, email outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings with decision‑makers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients and partners.
- Present company services and communicate value propositions effectively.
- Follow up with prospects and nurture leads through the sales pipeline.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and opportunities in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with marketing and management teams to support business‑growth initiatives.
- Meet or exceed monthly lead generation and sales targets.
Required profile
- Previous experience in business development, sales, lead generation, or account management.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Strong prospecting and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive to achieve results.
Required skills
- Experience using LinkedIn for outreach.
- Proficiency with CRM software.
- Familiarity with sales outreach tools.
