About the role
Fresha is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive new partner acquisition for its AI‑powered operating system serving the beauty, wellness and self‑care sector. Based in Vancouver, you will work closely with the Head of Sales (North America) and the Commercial team to expand the company’s footprint across North America.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and engage key decision‑makers through phone, email and social outreach to generate new business opportunities.
- Deliver product demonstrations and present Fresha’s suite of solutions to prospective partners.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and close.
- Conduct cost‑benefit and needs analyses to align Fresha’s offerings with partner objectives.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless onboarding and partner experience.
- Track and document all interactions and outcomes in the CRM system.
- Provide market feedback and stay informed of industry trends.
Required profile
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self‑motivated and comfortable working autonomously in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with senior stakeholders.
- Ability to analyse partner needs and propose tailored solutions.
Required skills
What we offer
- On‑target earnings (OTE) ranging from $100,000 to $115,000 per year.
