Business Development Manager – SaaS Sales

About the role

LEAP is looking for an ambitious, results‑driven Business Development Manager to join its fast‑growing sales team in Toronto. You will sell our cloud‑based legal practice management software to small law firms across Canada, using a consultative, hunter‑style approach.

Key responsibilities

• Sell LEAP’s SaaS solution and meet or exceed revenue quotas.
• Conduct webinar demonstrations and sales presentations for prospects.
• Develop and execute a sales strategy for the assigned territory.
• Maintain a quarterly business plan with KPI tracking.
• Collaborate closely with the Business Development Representative (BDR) team.
• Prospect new accounts, grow top‑of‑funnel pipeline, and manage the sales cycle.
• Keep the Salesforce CRM up‑to‑date with tasks, notes, and forecast data.
• Negotiate pricing and incentives to close deals.
• Provide accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting.

Required profile

• Proven experience selling SaaS solutions to new business customers.
• “Hunter” mentality with a track record of over‑achieving quotas.
• Strong consultative selling skills and ability to close complex deals.
• Willingness to receive coaching, use feedback, and continuously improve.
• Excellent product knowledge and commitment to ongoing training.
