Business Development Coordinator

About the role

BMW Toronto is seeking a motivated Business Development Coordinator to support our busy automotive dealership. You will be the first point of contact for customers and help generate new business through proactive outreach.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and respond to customer inquiries via phone, text, and email, delivering high‑quality service.
• Conduct outbound cold‑calling, emailing and texting to prospective clients to create new sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales data in our CRM system.
• Organize and prioritize tasks to meet business‑development targets.
• Support the sales team with data management, reporting and administrative duties.
• Utilize Google Drive, Microsoft Excel and Outlook for communication and document management.
• Occasionally cover the front reception desk, greet clients, handle mail and keep the area tidy.
• Work evenings and Saturdays as needed.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with professional communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational ability and attention to detail.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment handling multiple tasks.
• Experience with outbound cold‑calling and lead generation.
• Proficiency in Google Drive, Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Effective time‑management skills.
