About the role
We are seeking a Business Consultant to join The Blue Cafe in Oakville. The role focuses on analysing managerial methods, improving processes, and ensuring quality standards within our fast‑moving consumer goods environment.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze and advise on managerial methods and organisational structures.
- Conduct quality audits and develop quality management and assurance standards.
- Research efficiency of policies, propose improvements, and plan operational re‑organisation.
- Supervise a team of 11‑15 staff, provide coaching, mentoring and training.
- Oversee budget planning, control expenditures and develop communication strategies.

- Strong client focus and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible, organized and a proven team player.
- Effective time management and high integrity.
