Business Analyst – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a remote Business Analyst to analyze and improve business processes using Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace tools. The role supports AI development by creating high‑quality documentation and validating training datasets.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize business processes with advanced Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace applications.
• Create, format, and organize business documents and presentations for AI training data.
• Collaborate remotely with client teams to evaluate and provide feedback on business content.
• Assess data sets and documents for accuracy, clarity, and confidentiality compliance.
• Apply business strategy consulting to solve complex problems and deliver actionable insights.
• Review and validate business intelligence scenarios to contribute to AI training datasets.

Required profile

• Minimum experience in business‑related roles with a background in business education.
• Power‑user proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Outlook).
• Strong familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Proven expertise in business process analysis, content creation, and data organization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a problem‑solving mindset.
