Brand Storytelling & Content Manager

About the role

Techo-Bloc, a North American manufacturer and distributor of hardscape products with 9 production facilities and 15 distribution centers, is looking for a Brand Storytelling & Content Manager. The role leads the storytelling strategy across launches, campaigns, trends, events, catalogs, video, social media, web and experiential initiatives, working with creative, social, video, merchandising, product marketing and leadership teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop storytelling angles tied to products, trends, launches, designers, contractors and homeowners, and build seasonal and annual content narratives
• Lead planning and coordination of content across social media, video, campaigns, website, catalogs, events, product launches, email marketing, sales tools and experiential initiatives
• Shape the narrative, creative direction and messaging behind key brand moments
• Build and lead the media team, coordinate production with internal teams and external partners, and collaborate with photographers, filmmakers, editors, agencies and stylists
• Identify gaps, improve workflows and support future hiring needs
• Stay connected to design, architecture, fashion, luxury branding, hospitality and lifestyle trends, and propose new formats, collaborations and partnerships
• Partner with Creative, Events, Sales, Merchandising and Web teams to keep storytelling consistent across all touchpoints

Required profile

• Background in editorial storytelling, content strategy, brand publishing, creative campaigns, media or content production
• Experience leading creative productions and multi-platform content initiatives
• Experience guiding internal teams, freelancers, agencies, creators or production partners
• Experience in luxury, design, architecture, lifestyle, fashion, hospitality or culture-driven brands
• Ability to think strategically while executing at a high level, with strong communication skills
