Brand & Digital Marketing Manager (Contract)

About the role

Waabi, a Physical AI company behind autonomous trucks and robotaxis, is looking for a Brand and Digital Marketing Manager on a contract basis to keep its day-to-day brand and digital marketing running. This is a hands-on role covering website content, paid ads, social media, email and reporting, working closely with the marketing and communications team and agency partners.

Key responsibilities

• Publish press coverage, blog articles and research papers on the website and coordinate their accuracy and timing
• Run Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns, monitor HubSpot workflows, forms and lead routing, and flag performance issues
• Post weekly on LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, Instagram and X, adapt content to each platform, and handle comments and mentions
• Produce a weekly or biweekly industry news roundup and prepare one-off Waabi media mentions
• Send scheduled email campaigns via HubSpot, coordinate post-event and nurture emails, and monitor deliverability
• Maintain the media kit, photo library and b-roll in shared drives
• Pull bi-weekly social and digital metrics and share a brief performance summary
• Support product marketing, comms and events leads, facility branding requests, vendor communication and executive social posts

Required profile

• 5+ years in digital marketing, brand marketing or marketing operations, ideally B2B or technology
• Hands-on experience managing Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns
• Experience managing a company's day-to-day social media presence across multiple platforms
• Strong organization, independent workstream management and excellent written communication
• Available for a contract of about 6 months to cover parental leave
