Brand Communications Intern – 12‑Month Internship

About the role

This 12‑month internship offers hands‑on experience in brand communications for a leading luxury automotive brand. You will work closely with the Brand Communications team, contributing to campaign execution, content creation, and operational support.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the BMW Canada Marketing Hub by uploading finalized creative assets for retailer use.
• Coordinate multi‑lingual campaign execution, review assets, and align initiatives with national Tier‑1 and Tier‑2 marketing strategies.
• Manage small‑scale projects and campaigns, ensuring timely delivery.
• Develop campaign reports, aggregate data from multiple sources, and conduct monthly competitive analysis and retailer updates.
• Assist in drafting agency briefs and facilitate meetings with agency partners in Toronto.
• Proofread and create English and French content for advertising across various channels.
• Liaise with agencies, BMW AG, and BMW of North America for campaign assets.
• Support departmental operations, including budget management via SAP, invoice processing, inbox maintenance, and meeting coordination.

Required profile

• Recent university graduate or current post‑secondary student.
• Fluency in French is a strong asset; interest in automotive and luxury brand management.
• Excellent attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Self‑starter who can work independently and collaborate cross‑functionally.
• Valid driver’s licence.
