Performance Creative Strategist

About the role

We’re a tight‑knit, data‑driven creative team building services for some of the world’s largest brands. We’re looking for a Performance Creative Strategist to own creative direction and performance strategy across multiple paid‑social client accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Lead creative strategy and messaging from brief through execution for several paid‑social campaigns.
• Conduct performance‑driven research and continuously optimize messaging based on platform data and competitor monitoring.
• Develop high‑converting creative concepts grounded in consumer insight and platform behavior.
• Write compelling copy and frameworks that influence perception and drive performance.
• Collaborate with design, editing, and media‑buying teams to ensure end‑to‑end creative alignment.
• Mentor junior creatives, helping them elevate execution and develop strategic thinking.
• Translate performance data and qualitative feedback into actionable creative improvements.

Required profile

• Exceptional short‑form, digital‑first writing ability with a portfolio that demonstrates it.
• Strategic and creative mindset that blends intuition with data‑informed decisions.
• Deep understanding of consumer behavior, platform algorithms, and brand storytelling.
• Proven track record of performance‑first creative that drives measurable business results.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with a passion for mentoring teammates.
• Curiosity and initiative to stay ahead of emerging trends and cultural shifts.
