Bilingual Travel Agency Accountant (Remote/Hybrid, Ontario/Quebec)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual (English/French) senior accountant to join a growing travel agency. The position can be performed remotely or in a hybrid model from Ontario or Quebec and will play a strategic role in modernising our accounting function.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day accounting functions within a travel‑agency environment.
• Handle back‑office accounting and produce financial reports.
• Support reconciliations and IATA‑related accounting processes.
• Analyse current workflows, identify gaps and recommend improvements.
• Assist with the implementation of new systems and operational efficiencies.
• Collaborate with leadership to modernise accounting operations.

Required profile

• Recent or current accounting experience in a travel agency, preferably medium‑to‑large.
• Fully bilingual in written and spoken English and French.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• IATA experience is a strong asset.
