Vice President, Investment Banking – PPP Transaction Advisory

About the role

Agentis Capital Advisors seeks a Vice President to lead its North American public‑private partnership (PPP) advisory practice. You will drive transaction execution, mentor junior staff, and contribute to business development across Canada.

Key responsibilities

• Lead transaction teams to execute PPP mandates and structure debt/equity financings.
• Develop complex financial models, including macros and VBA programming.
• Manage due‑diligence processes and coordinate third‑party advisors.
• Prepare client presentations and support business development initiatives.

Required profile

• 5‑6 years of experience in PPP transactions with strong deal‑management capabilities.
• Proven ability to communicate complex concepts clearly, both verbally and in writing.
• Experience mentoring and managing junior team members.
• Willingness to relocate to Canada and work onsite.
