Bilingual Talent Acquisition Coordinator

About the role

DHL Express is seeking a bilingual Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join its Lachine, QC team. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition & Talent Management, you will support recruitment, selection, and related HR projects across Canada.

Key responsibilities

• Own frontline recruitment for salaried sales, hourly operations, and customer service positions.
• Write and edit job descriptions in partnership with hiring managers and HR Business Partners.
• Organize and facilitate DHL job fairs and campus recruitment events.
• Coordinate interview logistics, including room setup and video‑conferencing.
• Manage the applicant tracking system, posting jobs and moving candidates through the hiring process.
• Conduct reference, background, and denied‑party checks and communicate results.
• Support offer, pre‑boarding, and onboarding processes with internal departments.
• Maintain relationships with university and college program coordinators.
• Suggest and implement process improvements to increase recruitment efficiency.

Required profile

• Motivated, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication skills in both English and French.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders (L&D, HRIS, Compliance, C&B, Operations, Sales, CS).
• Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational abilities.

Required skills

• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Proficiency in scheduling and video‑conferencing tools.
