Bilingual Customer Service Agent – English/French

About the role

Join National Bank’s call centre team as a Bilingual Customer Service Agent. You will assist clients across Canada with their banking needs, guide them through electronic solutions, and ensure a positive experience through attentive listening and personalized support.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound client calls and address inquiries.
• Identify client needs and provide tailored banking solutions.
• Assist clients in using the bank’s digital applications.
• Offer transaction, credit, and other financial advice.
• Escalate specialized cases to appropriate colleagues.
• Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practices.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in customer service.
• Fluent written and spoken English and French (bilingualism essential).
